My name is François-Xavier (FX) Harbec. I currently live in Montreal and I’ve been playing bass guiat for approx. 6 years. I’m also a university student in the field of career and education.
My current gear is a Squier Precision Bass, Bartolini pickups and really cool flatwound strings (I can’t believe I forgot the name!). I also like to use my special FX: A 1988 RE-3 Space Echo from Roland, a Digitech Whammy (a digital pitch shifter and harmonizer), a Q-Tron (aka auto-wah) similar to the good old Mutron-iii, an ART pre-amp, an A/DA Flanger, a Roland Jet Phaser, a Juggernaut RAT Fuzz, a Morley Volume Pedal and a Mu-Tron Octave Divider.
